Larysa paints glassware, ornaments, and decorative pieces in Maryland, drawing on the flowers and botanical forms of Ukrainian Petrykivka painting.

Petrykivka is a decorative folk art tradition named for its home village in Ukraine. Flowers, leaves, and flowing patterns bring color to everyday objects. In Larysa’s work, those motifs wind around wine glasses, brighten pitchers, and turn ornaments into keepsakes.

Her collection also includes fused-glass pieces and Judaica. Each medium gives her a different way to work with color and light.
